The Question

Could creator participation become permanent?

What Frost Saw

The cultural visibility surrounding weddings could be connected to the mission permanently — not one creator or campaign at a time.

The Direction

Design a repeatable role rather than another one-off influencer campaign.

What Frost Created

Creator in Residence — a model embedding creator participation inside the organization's work.

Rather than building another one-off influencer campaign, Frost designed Creator in Residence — a model for embedding creator participation within VOW for Girls' work, creating a structured role through which creators could participate in the mission to end child marriage.

How Frost Created It

Program Strategy · Creator Architecture · Positioning · Program Design

What Moved

The output wasn't simply content. It was a repeatable framework the organization could use again — shifting creator strategy from a sequence of individual partnerships toward an institutional program.
